Two more exciting days in Denmark!

Two more exciting days in Denmark! Our students had the opportunity to visit a food sustainable centre Madsmedjen and learn how they produce and prepare food. They collected mushrooms, fruits from the forest, apples, herbs, etc and also made all preparations for cooking a meal! From chopping wood and making fire to cleaning the ingredients and cook the meal. And ... it was delicious!

Afterwards, we returned to Fjerritslev Gymnasium and continued their presentations.

The following day was dedicated to the second largest city of Denmark, Aarhus! We visited the famous and marvelous @moesgaardmuseum and investigated a "cold case" 2500 years old! It is the Grauballe Man! After solving the case, we visited Nogen restaurant and we were presented how they select the ingredients, they prepare the food and their effort for zero waste food. The food was delicious! Next, it was the ARoS Aarhus Museum with its stunning terrace. A short walk to the streets of Aarhus and return to school at the evening. What a lovely day!

Next mobility to Denmark!

Next mobility to Denmark! Our colleagues from Fjerritslev Gymnasium welcomed us in their school! He had a warm welcome by Deputy Principle Anders Krogh, the Danish colleagues Ms. Rebecca and Ms. Christina and of course our oroject coordinator Ms. Anca. We sang a song about growing up and keep hope and we were presented the facilities of the school.

Aftewards, all teams presented their country, region and school. Ice breaking activities followed and then all teams presented their local food calendar. We had a lovely lunch at school's facilities and then a rally followed to Fjerritslev city, guided by students. So we had the opportunity to see the city.

Merry Christmas!
